Parent Information Daycare

Daycare FAQs

  • We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM.

  • We offer programs for children from 12 months to 5 years, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K.

  • No, we currently offer full-time care only to ensure consistency and routine for children.

  • Yes, we operate year-round, except for statutory holidays and a few scheduled closures, which are shared with families in advance.

  • No, children do not need to be toilet trained to attend our program. We support families through the toilet training process as children develop readiness.

  • Naptime is between Noon and 2:30 pm. Infants and Toddlers nap on cots. We provide sheets that are laundered weekly and families send a blanket. We know that Infants may be napping in the morning and if your Infant falls asleep in the morning, we will ensure that they are comfortable. Ther is no nap time in our Preschool/Pre K rooms

  • We provide morning and afternoon snacks. Families are required to send lunch for their child. A microwave and refrigerator are available in each childcare room to help keep food cool or warm it up as needed.

  • We use the Lillio app to share daily updates, photos, and important information. We also provide monthly newsletters and offer parent-caregiver meetings to discuss your child’s progress.

  • To maintain a healthy environment, children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to the center.

  • Our centre is designed with safety in mind, including:

    1. Secured entry with parent fob access

    2. Supervised classrooms and outdoor play areas

    3. Cameras in each room to help maintain a safe and well-supervised environment.

    4.  Established emergency procedures and protocols

  • Yes. All educators hold:

    1. Alberta Child Care Staff Certification

    2. Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check

    3. Standard Child Care First Aid Certification

    Many of our educators have been with us for over five years, and new team members often join through staff referrals—reflecting our strong and positive workplace culture.

  • After a tour, a $100 non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child’s spot. Our team will guide you through the enrollment process.

  • Monthly Fee: $326.25 per child

  • Fees are collected through pre-authorized debit (PAD) on the 1st of each month.

  • Yes, due to high demand, we maintain a waitlist. The best opportunity to secure a spot is typically during the summer or fall, when children transition to our Out-of-School Care programs.
